StoryCraft AI provides a platform that uses artificial intelligence ("AI") to help users generate unique, illustrated children's storybooks. You can use text prompts, a visual builder, and voice inputs to guide the AI in creating content.
The stories and illustrations generated by the Service are created by an AI model. While we strive to produce high-quality, coherent, and appropriate content, you acknowledge that AI-generated content can sometimes be unpredictable, contain errors, or may not perfectly match your intent. We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of any content generated by the Service.
a. Ownership: You retain full ownership rights to the unique storybooks and content you create using the Service ("Your Creations"). We claim no ownership over Your Creations.
b. Responsibility: You are solely responsible for Your Creations and the consequences of creating, sharing, or publishing them. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the prompts and inputs you provide to the Service and that your use of the Service will not violate any laws or infringe on the rights of any third party.
To ensure a safe and positive environment, we moderate user input and generated content. You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or share any content that:
Automated Enforcement: Our Service uses automated moderation and content safety systems to detect violations. Each violation is tracked as an offence on your account. When the total number of offences reaches a predefined threshold (typically 10), your account will be automatically suspended.
Account Suspension: Suspended accounts cannot create stories, post comments, rate content, or use chat features. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent account termination (ban), preventing all access to the Service.
We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice. You can view your current offence count and account status in your profile settings.
The Service operates on a token-based system. Tokens are required to generate content. You may receive free tokens or purchase additional tokens. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.
Excluding Your Creations, all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service itself—including our website, branding, underlying AI models, and software—are and will remain the exclusive property of StoryCraft AI and its licensors.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including for a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL STORYCRAFT AI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
